Derriaghy CC are delighted to announce Australian Grade A batsman, Andrew Kerr, as their overseas players coach for the 2012 season.

Kerr, 29, comes from the island of Tasmania and comes to the club as a middle order batsman who bowls occassional leg spin.

Club captain Matthew Jennings commented "Andrew Kerr has come to us highly recommended as a technically correct batsman who will hopefully add stability to our explosive middle order players. With losing Charl Daubney and Chandana Pushpalal we were looking for a capable batsman and we feel we have found one".
